200g tin tuna in spring water
1/2 red pepper
1/2 green pepper
1 garlic clove
1/2 beef tomato
tomato sauce or fresh tomatoes chopped for covering ( I used 200g tomate frito)
salt and pepper
fry the onions, pepper, garlic, tomato and seasoning for 5 mins, add tuna.
fill the cannelloni shells with the mixture and place in oven proof dish
cover with a layer of tomato sauce or chopped fresh tomatoes and parmesan if desired.
