very quick and easy
8oz almond butter
Line a 9" x 9" baking tray with greaseproof paper
in a large saucepan melt the honey and almond butter till runny
mix in the oats
put mixture into baking tray and press down firmly
when cool place in fridge and leave overnight (if you can wait that long!!)
cut into squares
I prefer to store them in the fridge as I like them hard rather than soft...... if you don't keep them in the fridge they are like fudge.
Now try and refrain from eating them all at once, and it's best to share otherwise you will need skinny fiber!!!
