100g smoked haddock
3oz cheddar cheese, grated
cheese sauce pkt
parsley sauce pkt
200g potatoes, mashed
1/2 pint milk
a little butter
cut fish into cubes and put in pan with the milk, bring to the boil and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
remove fish and place in pyrex dish, use the milk from the fish to make a sauce with half the cheese and half the parsley sauce mixes, pour over the fish. use half the cheese and layer over the top. Layer the potato on top and finish with a sprinkling of the remaining cheese and small dobs of butter
bake in moderate oven 180c for 25 - 30 mins
sprinkle some chopped chives on top to decorate, serve and enjoy!
