Tip #3 How to know if Skinny Fiber is Working for you!
So today I decided to write a tip on how will you know if the product Skinny Fiber is working for you... Well first things first as I mentioned in Tip #1 and Tip #2, you must consistently take the product and drink plenty of water to detoxify your body. Your body ALSO needs to get healthy in order for it to be ready to lose weight...
Personally in my own case, I don't use the scale as my gauge for success with this product.
So... Back to my original Tip... How will you know when Skinny Fiber is working? FOR THE FIRST 30 to 60 days THROW YOUR SCALE AWAY!
1. Well first and foremost, if you take the product 30 to 45 minutes before your meal you ARE going to feel full much faster. BUT you have to listen to your body and STOP EATING when your brain tells you that you are full. No matter if the food tastes totally awesome! (this is one of my problems)
2. It is VERY VERY VERY important to measure your body parts.
Your BODY will let you know the product is working and you MUST ALLOW the product to work on your body! Some people lose pounds right away and some lose inches. Both of these things I believe have to do with how toxic your body/cells are and how much is stored in your body fat.
3. Your clothes will start to fit differently.
4. You will have more energy, and as soon as you are healthy enough I highly suggest adding some exercise to your weight loss regimine.
5. You will sleep better
6. You will have less cravings for snacks & things that are bad for you.
THE BIGGEST ADVICE I can give you is to not get discouraged! Personally I have gone from a size 16/18 to a size 12 ( UK sizing) Even in my own BRAND new 90 day challenge I seriously wanted to give up when after 20 days I didn't lose weight. Normally I would of given up but this time I DID NOT! For many different reasons... First being I wanted to practice what I preach and second that I totally feel awesome, my hot flushes stopped and my arthritic pains disappeared, so no matter what, the cost of the $59.95 is well worth how great I feel!
Ok, so in closing.............. Give yourself some time to get healthy and start losing weight.
