All you need to do is add each food that you eat.
So this was my breakfast .... you are going to say.... eugghhh what a combination of food for breakfast.... but its not as bad as it looks.... It all went in my nutribullet!!!
You can set your goals and it will tell you how many calories you need to eat to reach your goal.
If you link your fitbit ( see yesterdays post) or other compatible device with it then it will compensate for any exercise you have done ........ obviously the more active you are the more you do need to eat!
