30 minutes of exercise for 30 days

from walking, running, cycling, swimming
to doing some heavy housework.....go clean a room from top to bottom and move the furniture!!!
or try getting stuck into the garden, all those brambles and nettles will get your heart pounding!
Half an hour of running about playing games in the park with the children, is another great form of exercise.
Whats stopping you? Just think how good you will feel in a month from now!
