Include healthy fats
You must not completely cut out all fats from your diet, you still need the healthy unsaturated fats. You should aim for 20% of your calories to be unsaturated fats, and no less than 15%.
Our bodies cannot produce these essential fatty acids that aid hormone production, constitute our cell membranes, absorb and transport fat-soluble vitamins and keep our skin looking healthy.
