I realised at 6.15 am this morning that habits don't always take very long to make!
Why at 6.15 am you may well ask.......
I woke up at the same time today that I had been having to wake up for the last 3 weeks!
Today I did not need to wake up at that time..... so why did I?
My alarm was not set!
my body had got into the habit....
If we repeat an action regularly enough it will become habit forming.
Remember..... it's about automation......
This means that we remove all those debates inside our heads about whether to perform the action or not.
