One of the first things we had to do was write down our goals, what we wanted to achieve in six months, one year, five years and ten years.
Lightbulb moment..... I just realised that was twenty years ago!!!! wow!!
I was not in a very good place at the time and really needed to do this.
my six month goal was to get a job... I did
I cannot remember what the year goal was.... sorry
the five year goal I do remember was to buy a house.... I did
and the ten year goal was to have my own business......I did that in five!!
So last year I set myself a weight loss goal.... I didn't actually put a time limit on it as I believe that you should lose weight slowly.... I was 83kg .... I wanted to be 75kg ... I got there..... so yes I set myself another goal......I wanted to be under 70kg.
I was struggling, the weight didn't want to shift any more....then I came across skinny fiber.....or should I say Skinny fiber came to the rescue!!! I am now under 70kg....... next goal is my BMI to be 24.... it is currently 25......
when we set our minds on a particular goal and focus on it, we can achieve it!
But first you have to believe in yourself and believe that you can reach your goals.
I do have other goals as well as my weight loss goal and I will achieve them all, I believe I can!
