Follow these tips to a healthier you!
1/ Firstly go and re-read the "10 Weight Loss Rules" in a previous post two days ago, and follow them!
2/ Cut down on salt and saturated fats
3/ Increase your intake of fruit to at least three pieces a day
4/ Increase your consumption of potassium rich vegetables to at least a full plate every day
5/ Take a tablespoon of ground seeds every day which will increase your calcium and magnesium levels
6/ Eat fish 3 times a week, especially salmon (not smoked as it is high in sodium)
tuna (not tinned, again high in sodium) herring or mackerel
Healthy eating can help reduce high blood pressure, also regular aerobic exercise and stress management can go a long way to reducing and managing high blood pressure.
