Refined Sugar........ this includes, white sugar, white flour and high fructose corn syrup. Normally these are combined in cereals, pastries, cakes and cookies.
Artificial Colourings and Flavourings..... these are anti-nutrients! They are often found in sweets, crisps, soft drinks, party food, etc.....
A also stands for Alcohol!!..also processed by the liver as a toxin, therefore promoting fat storage!
Processed Products....... heavily processed foods like sausages, ham, deli meats and party foods are likely to contain all the above! Also trans fats which are a danger to your health and cause weight gain!
