Suffice to say the statistics on obesity are frightening.......... I will not tell you the percentages in the world etc...... to you and me that doesn't help!
But ..... look around you ....... how many of your family and friends are overweight or obese?
Now that does matter to us..........
The health dangers of being obese.... we all know, our hearts and lungs, in fact our whole bodies are at risk......
But lets get down to basics
1/ Activities of daily living might become a burden to your body!
Come on this is our daily living tasks, getting up in the morning and getting dressed, using the stairs, playing with the children or grandchildren!!!! Doing the housework, shopping, I could go on........
2/ You might leak from both ends!
A heavy belly very often leads to heartburn, reflux....... food and stomach acid can wash back up the oesophagus, and if you have experienced it you will know it is unpleasant!
At the other end the heavy belly can be pushing down on the bladder and cause urinary incontinence, embarrassing? Most definitely!!
3/ You are setting yourself up to possibly die younger!
Weight related illnesses are killing over 400,000 people a year in the EU.......
Coronary artery disease, diabetes and cancer are three of the bigger health risks associated with obesity.

What can you do?
If you are obese you need to lose weight to save your life! It will be hard, losing weight is a struggle. But you need to start......
